Bite of Bend 2009 Bartender’s Brawl
I’m sure Melodie might have publicly argued that I was asked to be a judge for the Bartender’s Brawl because of my Founding Member status of the Bend Spirit Club. We both know she really wanted me for my camera. I must have heard this a dozen times that frozen Winter’s night:
ME: “The layering of this particular drink was well conceived and near perfectly executed though the sediment from the muddling has detracted slightly from the overall presentation…”
MELODIE: “Shut up bitch and take some more pictures.”
er, that didn’t really happen… much….
Really, Melodie and Organic Nation did a great job and it’s a real shame the weather didn’t cooperate. It’s Bend – SHOCKING!!!
Lance, I would never say that to you! you know I value your taste buds…. but also your talented photography.
