A simple shot from a beautiful day capturing lovely images of a vivacious subject. The Almighty himself may have been present that day, but he was thwarted by a few hundred pesky mosquitos determined to feast on exposed flesh.

Amazing. It was a dream come true and I was giddy as a school girl. I’ve seen a lot of giddy school girls, so I know of what I speak. For the first time in THIRTY-THREE YEARS, the greatest band in the entire world – RUSH!!!! – was on American television. How appropriate the show to pull off the incredible was The Colbert Report! Thanks Kat for bringing this incredibly AWESOME and historic moment to my attention.
